All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.

2. Processing Time | 订单处理时间

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons (e.g. festive periods such as Dragon Boat Festival), processing time may be extended.

🇲🇾 West Malaysia | 西马地区

  • FREE delivery for orders above RM160
  • 订单满 RM160 免运费
  • Orders below RM160: RM20 delivery fee
  • RM160 以下订单：运费 RM20

🇲🇾 East Malaysia | 东马地区（Sabah & Sarawak）

  • Orders above RM160: RM40 delivery fee
  • 订单满 RM160：运费 RM40
  • Orders below RM160: RM50 delivery fee
  • RM160 以下订单：运费 RM50

🇸🇬 Singapore | 新加坡配送

Express delivery (1-day arrival):

  • 10kg – RM255
  • 20kg – RM370
  • 30kg – RM525

新加坡快递（预计1天送达）：

  • 10公斤 – RM255
  • 20公斤 – RM370
  • 30公斤 – RM525

4. Delivery Time | 配送时效

  • West Malaysia: 1–2 working days
  • East Malaysia: 3–8 working days
  • Singapore: 1–2 working days

西马：1–2个工作日
东马：3–8个工作日
新加坡：1–2个工作日

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier conditions.

配送时间为预估，可能因物流情况有所调整。

5. Perishable Products | 食品与保鲜说明

As our products are food items (including dumplings and festive gift sets), we take extra care in packaging.

However, slight changes in texture or condition may occur during transit due to weather or handling.

由于本店产品为食品类（如粽子及礼盒），我们会妥善包装。
但在运输过程中，因天气或物流因素，产品可能出现轻微变化。

6. Failed Delivery | 配送失败

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details are accurate.

If delivery fails due to incorrect information or absence of recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.

请确保填写正确的收货地址及联系方式。
若因信息错误或无人接收导致配送失败，可能需承担重新配送费用。

7. Order Tracking | 订单追踪

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided (where applicable).
